Money well spent!
I knew ordering this item was a gamble.I purchased two of them. One for our home and one for my fathers place. Wow, they are of great quality and manufacture with good sold materials. When you put it down it stays in place. With Santa Ana winds blowing that's important. The surface texture works great to remove the dirt off the bottom of your shoes. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
