When will I know if my credit is approved?

We try to process credit applications immediately, but they sometimes can take up to 48 hours to complete. Your credit application and order will be processed at the same time, and we will send you an email regarding the status of both. In addition, order status can be checked any time by selecting the Order Status link at the top of any page on our website.

Do I need my Social Security number for a new account?

To complete your application, you will need to provide your Social Security number and Date of Birth. If you were mailed a catalog you can also enter the Catalog EZ Number (found on the back cover) to help us ensure your accurate identification and help you get the credit you deserve!
